Due to years of missed deadlines and no hint of future plans from the developer, I deem our contract to be violated multiple times over. My promise not to allow anyone else to use these songs until they had been released as intended is thereby revoked. If anyone else finds one or more songs appeal to their needs, they should feel free to ask.

Advice to any other creators: don't do anything on an open-ended contract. Those projects overwhelmingly never get completed, and you get nothing. Not even exposure. Demand payment terms be spelled out up front. They can be deferred, but they MUST NOT be contingent on "the game gets finished and released" because that only adds pressure to NOT release.

All tracks are loops unless specifically noted otherwise.
